STATE HEAD (DEPUTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER)

Tasks

 
1. Independently handling one/more States & reporting to the Regional  Sales Manager
2. Expansion of Distribution with effective Sales Channel management.
3. Market Share Increase for all the HLL products.
4. Guiding/ Motivating/ Monitoring/ Training a team to achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Targets

Requirements

 
Maximum Age:  40 Years as on 01/09/2013.

Scale of Pay

 DM - Rs.16400-40500 / AM - Rs.12600-32500

Pay

Annual CTC: DM - Rs.6.2 lakhs / AM - Rs.4.8 lakhs  (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification

 
Essential: Any Graduate & MBA ( Mktg) or equivalent.
Post Qualification Experience
Essential: Min. 6 years in OTC/ FMCG Channel Sales management.
