University of Health Sciences, Jaipur invites on-line applications in
compliance of the order no. P9(6)(M&H)/2/97 dated 20.03.2013 of
Medical & Health Department (Gr.-2), Govt. of Rajasthan, for direct
recruitment of Assistant Drug Analyst.

APPLICATION FEE
All candidates have to pay non-refundable application fee of Rs. 3000/-
(Rs. 1500 for SC, ST category) through bank challan at any branch of
Oriental Bank of Commerce.
The
application fee is neither refundable, nor transferable and nor
adjustable for any other recruitments. Any plea in this matter shall not
be entertained.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. Educational Qualification: B.Pharm
with 3 years experience of analysis of drugs in a laboratory under
Govt. Analyst or possesses Associateship Diploma of the Institution of
Chemist (India) obtained by passing the said examination with ‘Analysis
of Drugs and Pharmaceuticals’ as one of the subjects with 1 year
experience of analysis of drugs in a laboratory under the control of
Govt. Analyst
2. Other qualification: Knowledge of Hindi language in devnagri script (lipi) – to read, to write and to speak
3. Age limit:
Minimum 22 years and maximum 47 years (as on the date of ADA
Recruitment Examination 2013). The relaxation in upper age limit for
reserved category candidates in Rajasthan shall be applicable as per
state government rules.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE

You
should be very careful in filling-up the on-line application form. If
any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature will be
rejected even if you come through the final stage of recruitment process
or even at a later stage.
IMPORTANT: HAND WRITTEN / TYPED / PHOTOSTAT COPIES / PRINTED APPLICATION FORM / SCREEN PRINTOUT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

On
filling Part I of the application form, you can print Bank Challan form
to deposit the application fee at any branch of Oriental Bank of
Commerce and obtain the same with Bank Transaction ID.
Note the Form no. (User ID) for further steps. Keep it safe.
Ensure
that Bank transaction ID is mentioned on all the three slips (by the
branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce where you deposit the application
fee using your bank challan).
After
payment of application fee you can access to Part II of the on-line
application form by entering your Form no. and date of birth.
