RHFL has invited application from eligible candidates on post of Graduate Trainees with year contract on retainer basis. Current opening is for Kakinada branch Andhra Pradesh of RHFL. Candidates will be appointed only on contact basis and they will not be liable for any such benefits as of regular staff members.
These candidates will be given opportunity of regularization after successful completion of their training period of one year as per rules of RHFL. These trainees can be terminated if not found capable enough to work, during training period without any notice. These candidates will receive stipends as per rules of Company. Work of trainees after selection will be to assist in selling, marketing of housing loan products to consumers in state of Andhra Pradesh. Apart from this, trainees will be delegated with other responsibilities as per company requirement.

Eligibility Criteria
Age- Candidates who are applying as trainee should be of age less than 25 years as on 1-06-2013.
- Applicants need to have graduation degree in any discipline preferably B.com not from any open university. It means candidates degree should be from any recognized university and with regular class. Those candidates having past experience in sales/marketing etc will be preferred. Candidates must be fluent in English and Marathi.
Selection Process
Selection of candidates will be done after submission of form along with other necessary documents. Candidates will be shortlisted after personal interview and verification of documents. An applicant will be selected as trainee after finalization of selection process.
