A ‘Walk-in-Interview’ will be held on 24/09/2013 (Tuesday) at 10.00 AM
in the Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (MBBT) Tezpur
University to fill up one (01) vacancy in a DBT sponsored project
entitled “Establishment of Institutional Level BiotechHubs (IBThubs)” in the the Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (MBBT) Tezpur University.
Post: One (01) Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
Qualification
Candidate must possess M.Sc Degree in Microbiology/ Molecular Biology/
Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ M. Pharm from a recognized
University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate for
General Category and 55% for SC/ST/OBC and physically challenged
candidates.
Desirable
NET/GATE/BINC qualified candidates and/or having post PG Research Experience.
Fellowship
Rs. 16,000.00 (Rupees Sixteen Thousand) only + 10% HRA per month for the first two years (JRF) and Rs. 18,000/( Rupees Eighteen Thousand) only + 10% HRA per month for the third year (SRF) for the NET/GATE/BINC qualified candidate.
Rs.
12,000.00 (Rupees Twelve Thousand) only + 10% HRA per month for the
first two years and Rs. 14,000/( Rupees Fourteen Thousand) only + 10%
HRA per month for the third year (SRF) for other candidate.
Duration
Appointment will be initially for a period of 01 (One) year, which may
be extended further depending upon satisfactory performance of the
incumbent and coterminus with the project.
Age
Candidate should not be more than 28 years of age on the date of
interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in the case of
candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically Challenged applicants.
N.B: No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
Interested
candidates may appear before the interview board with original
documents and photocopies of marksheets, certificates, testimonials,
caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate and a copy of
the current curriculum vitae (CV).
