1. Educational Qualifications, Pay Scales and Service Conditions will be as per the existing rules of apex body and Government of Maharashtra.
2. Roman figures in the brackets show the number of times the post is being advertised.
3. Relaxation of 5% will be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks at the Master's degree level for SC/ST category.
4. Reserved category candidates outside the State of Maharashtra will be treated as Open Category candidates.
5. Reserved category candidates are advised to send a copy of their application to the Deputy Registrar, Special Cell, Shivaji University, Kolhapur- 416004.
6. Reservation for female/ disabled persons will be decided by appointing authorities.
7. Reserved category candidates shall produce the Caste Validity Certificate as per the directives issued by the state Government vide Circular No. BCC- 2011/Pra. Kra 1064/2011/16-B dated 12-12-2011.
8. Reserved category post advertised for six times or more will be filled in by transferring categories internally as per provisions in G.R.No.BCC/1054/96- 16 B of 5th December 1994 ST to SC and Vice Versa
9. Those who are already in service should apply through proper channel.
10. Incomplete application will not be entertained.
