This person will
be responsible for Solid Formulation activity & Maintenance.
Addition to this the major other responsibilities will include
-
Production planning and scheduling
-
Operating experience in SAP for updating production details and monthly closing of stocks
-
Exposure to ISO 9001 and 14001, FSSAI requirement
-
Handling and controlling of documentation work like SOP, EOP etc.
-
Running process improvement initiatives
-
Awareness on labelling requirement
-
Coordinate with stakeholder based outside India for product related or any other queries
-
Running Overall equipment effectiveness
-
Exposure to Lean tools
-
Development of team members
Qualifications
-
Bachelor degree (graduate degree preferred) in Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related areas
-
A total of 10 -12 years of experience with a relevant management experience of 3-5 years
-
Good knowledge of food GMP
-
Detailed understanding of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards
-
Good in process improvement tools like Lean, 5S
-
Good at oral and written in English
-
Good at PC skills on Microsoft office
-
Awareness on GMP and Hygiene standards
-
Strong communication ability and coordination skills, Experience working with people from other nationalities is preferred
-
Experience with cross functional work
