Pharmacists in NRHM 3 Posts Only for Surat
1. Candidate should have Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from recognized university. And candidate must be registered in Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
2. Candidate with certificate of C.C.C computer course will be preferred.
3. Age should not be more than 28 years.
Candidate have to register in before interview from morning 9.30 to 11.00 AM. No one will be allowed for registration after morning 11.00
VENUE:
Candidates
are invited through walk in interview under NRHM/RCH-II for 11 months
contract by District Health Society, Surat. Candidate should appear with
complete biodata, xerox copies of all certificates, passport size photo
( 2 copies) and original certificates.
Post: Pharmacist - 3 posts
Consolidated Salary: fixed Rs. 8500 per month
Place of Work: Vacant Primary Health Centre
Qualification

it will be any need for change in advertisement for above posts then
Chief District Health Officer have full rights to do so without giving
any reasoning to anyone.
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES FROM SURAT DISTRICT ONLY.
Candidate have to bring ration card or election card as identity proof for being resident of Surat on time of interview.
